We do not accept exchanges or returns for products with stains, tears, or signs of wear. Be sure to try it on with underwear.

How to make a return
Visit our returns portal by following this link. You will need your order number and the email You did it with it. You can find the order number in your purchase confirmation email.
Follow the steps on the portal until you receive confirmation of your return.
Returns cost €4.90 per order sent (mainland Spain, for other destinations, please contact customer service via chat).
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order.
Once received in our warehouse, we review it within 2-5 days. Once reviewed, the refund will be processed using the same method used to make the purchase and will be available in your account within approximately 5 business days (this time may vary depending on the bank).
It's important to include all items received in the return, including the To the Moon zip bag that many of our items come with, as well as the removable foam insert. If you don't receive any of these items, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the return cost (€1 for each zip bag, €3.50 for the pair of foam inserts).
We do not accept returns of products that are stained, broken, or show signs of use. In this case, we will return the item to the customer.
Make sure you've tried it on with your underwear on.

You can exchange a size, but not a style. If you wish to exchange a style, you can return it and then make a new purchase.
When we receive your package we will send you the new size.
We regret that we cannot guarantee that the item will be available even if you request an exchange. We recommend you make the shipment as soon as possible, since during times of high volume, sizes may run out and not be available at the time of the change.
In that case, we will refund your order, and you can purchase a new product that is not sold out. We do not exchange one model for another.
To exchange the size, the garment must be completely clean.Make sure you've tried on the bottom of your swimsuit with your underwear on, as if there's any stains, we won't be able to accept the exchange.
NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ALLOWED
It's important to try on swimsuits and bikinis while wearing underwear. Items received with stains or signs of wear cannot be processed and will be returned to the customer's address.
Orders placed from these destinations cannot be exchanged or returned.
