ORDER DELIVERY
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
The courier is not obliged to call you before making the delivery, so we recommend that you check the tracking details for your parcel.
If you are not at home, the courier may leave the parcel at a nearby collection point. In that case, you must collect it within a maximum of 7 days.
Please check that the delivery address is correct and complete before finalising your order. Once it has been dispatched, it may not always be possible to change it.
To the Moon accepts no liability for any delays in delivery arising from causes beyond its control.
Orders returned to the sender
If an order is returned to our warehouse because it could not be delivered or was not collected within the specified time frame, we will not be able to resend the same parcel. The products will be returned to the shop’s stock and the full amount of the order, including delivery charges, will be refunded.
If you wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order on our website, subject to availability.
